SAT SCHOOL DAY INFORMATION:

How the SAT is structured

The SAT takes 2 hours and 14 minutes and consists of 2 sections: (1) the Reading and Writing Section, and (2) the Math Section. Most of the questions are multiple choice, though some math questions ask you to write in the answer rather than select it.
 

TEST DAY INFORMATION:

  • Students who are registered to take the SAT will receive an email with instructions on Friday October 11th..
  • Check-in by 7:45 AM. DOORS CLOSE AT 8:00 AM. Students will not be permitted to test if they arrive late. Please plan accordingly.
  • Students must bring the following:
    • Photo ID (mandatory) Cannot be a screen shot of an ID. Needs to be the physical student ID or Driver's License. NO ID = NO TEST
    • SCHOOL ISSUED CHROME BOOK - FULLY CHARGED
    • Calculator
    • Snack/Drink - optional
  • Note: PLEASE LEAVE CELL PHONES AT HOME, IN YOUR LOCKER, OR IN YOUR CAR. Cell phones are not permitted in the testing room and cannot be accessed during the testing window.
  • Students will be cleared for missed periods while testing. Students are responsible for communicating this with their teachers and are responsible for any missed work.
